Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the WYBOT robotic cleaner in its original packaging, including all power adapters, charging docks, and accessories.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
